Fabio I like your Idea on intel playing a role in a weapons usage. It does in fact take intel to accurately "snipe" a human at distance. Perhaps a sniper rifle with unreal acc requirement as well as a high intel rate. This is needed to adjust for terrain, windage, humidity, temperature. Compensating for the elements takes great skill and smarts!

This would make it more reasonable for someone with 20 End to achieve another goal that wont cost AS much. Affordable for the players. More income for the game. Cool

heres the real basic math
1 end = 1 int as far as cost goes
25 end = 25 int too
25 end gets u a high level shotty and armor, maybe with 10 int for crimes. or...
18 end for armor and 25 int for a weapon
one is 25/10
other is 25/18 minimum. yea, much cheaper
