I have to agree the battle stats and end are why out of balance on the new stuff. They where out of balance on the other stuff as will imo. If they are true level 60 items then the battle stats need to be at least 55+ not a level 60 item that a level 30+ who has spend a load of money on the game can use. Not overly happy about the end its a big jump but its the way of the times at the min.
As Andy said the FN P90 is only 18 end and Dexterity 35 Accuracy 30 the SB-1 is Accuracy 35 Strength 30 Endurance 20 and the SB-1 is a more powerful gun now the jump with the new guns is Dexterity 40 Accuracy 35 Endurance 25 for the Steyr Aug A5 and Accuracy 40 Strength 35 Endurance 25 for the Tiffani Flechette HVS so someone who is at the low end of the subs has a longer way to go to get into the new one.
We have skills now why not make it part of using the new stuff at least level 4-5 in that skill to us it, raise the battle stats alot and drop the end a bit, and no I dont want something for nothing I have worked hard for my 17 end and im still working hard to get it up and will continue to the best way I can but when you have to buy new housing, weapons, armour, stims, food not alot left in the pot.

That looks like a realistic and feasible jump in stats for an upgrade on the new Shotgun.

Why add a 4th req in dex??
maybe no dex, its just an idea. 22 or 23 end would have been better IMO. 25 is a really big leap

Also, if the Endurance requirements are going to be decreased then there should be even more work to be put into your battle stats to utilize the new weapons.
