Agamemnon has a suggestion for following events. For some reason he couldn't login to the forum so I am posting for him:

While hospitalizations aren't against the competition rules, it does suck for those in the lead. Believe me, I've received plenty of mail on that. I tried to make the competition as fair as possible. I am not going to change the rules of the competition to counter something I did not foresee however. The next time I do a competition I will just have to find a better way.

Do i consider it a weak tactic? Yes.
Am I saying it can't be done? No.

I didn't say it was immoral or against the rules. I just didn't expect it. You guys keep me on my toes, that's for sure.

What fun would being the administrator be if we didn't? n_n
