You sound like crying.

Each click you make is a decision. Some people learn by making bad decisions.

you are a retard

all skills i had gained in axe was before the new reqs came out and i was in an in between level when skills came out therefore axe was my only option since i couldnt use any other weps yet.

then zen added more weps and things changed imo. its not MY fault that the game changed around my character an completely SHIT on axe users unless you are a HEAVY donator past the Ion Axe.

with the amount of time i spend playing this game it will not be possible for me to hit the end reqs for the next axe class for Years without donating at least $500. thats BS. make a game thats possible to get to the top with activity not your wallet.

If I want to manufacture biological weapons with my copy of iTunes, I will, fascists. Ditch this bullshit.
6.) You hit for 1245 points of damage. **** resists 34 for a total of 1211 damage.

1. You find a nice busy corner and bust out some cups to use as shells.
2. You pull out a tiny fuzz-ball to use as bait.
2. You look for some targets to drop some bucks down.

Result: After a few games, both you and your target break even. Guess it's better than losing money!

Round 1
Conrad hits g2o2d4wp for 1338 damage.
Round 2
Conrad hits g2o2d4wp for 1373 damage.
Round 4
Conrad hits g2o2d4wp for 1151 damage. g2o2d4wp sulks.

oooooooh - Good One!

Anyway - To me, it seems as though you learned something from your previous decisions. Another thing you learned: this game CHANGES - NEWS FLASH!

You have to roll with the changes, and adapt. Plus you never know, as the game continues to change those other skills you trained could become useful to you again.

IMO your post still sounds like crying. Don't take it the wrong way, it's okay for little girls to cry.

The only thing im not crazy about skills is the fact that it does limit your character somewhat in the weapons you use. Say you train your shotgun skill to 8, who the heck would would want to switch to a axe after you spent all that time training shotgun skill. NO ONE!

I just remember how fun it was as a lower weapon using all sorts of weapons. So for me i wouldn't mind some sort of skill trading like you see in most rpgs. Prob not gonna happen so oh well.

Then just don't train any skills - nobody said you had to train skills. Then it will be just like it used to be for you when you were a "lower", and you would have the same skill level with all your weapons - 0.

If I have level 8 skill in shotgun, and a level 0 skill in axe - there is nothing stopping me from using an axe. Will it be as good? Probably not, but an even bigger "limiting factor" would be the stats you train.

At some point you make a choice to specialize in Ranged or Melee weapons - training ACC or STR.

These are all choices you make. In the future, you can look back at the choices you have made in the past. You won't like them all, and some of them are going to suck. I ate at BK last night after midnight. It seemed like a great idea at the time, but today my gut hurts - and I am wondering what they did to those sliders. It was probably a bad choice.

ok all name calling aside..... why do you oppose the idea so much? Rado's point is spot on....

i think skills would be 100% better if they were just

Combat - Melee

or

Combat - Ranged

And the rest of those military and defense skill stuff. who wants to train all there stuff up into one skill then what happens down the road when this awesome new weapon comes out thats a diff skill set but still in the weapon class. seeing as how new thing cost more it would be nice to be able to use it at your current potential and not have to start over from scratch.

its like 360 or PS3..... backwards compatibility is the best thing about those machines aside from them being new and having cool new games. so you can use all the games you already bought for that system and still use them on your new system.

Why do I oppose the idea?

These are skills, not video game systems - it's like reading a book. You can't just forget what you read in a book and replace that knowledge with something in a book that you didn't read.

Answer: Read another book on subject that interests you now. Maybe in the past you didn't have interest in studying Axe. Now you do. So where do you start? The beginning - Axe Volume 1. It does not take away from the time you spent studying shotgun.

Or going to college - you take classes. If you start out as an Structural Engineering major - you take classes in physics and mathematics. Then your junior year you decide that you can earn more money if you become a genetic engineer. You still have take more classes in the new subject area.

That is how I see "skills" anyway.
