And "Quest" crimes that require you to plan, set up and execute a crime. Each step cost a certain amount of AP and you have a certain amount of time to complete each step. Getting busted at higher steps lands you more jail time but pulling it all off nets you a large chunk of change.

I totally agree with cano on this one.

Maybe be able to equip 2 ranged or melee weapons at once. Higher stats or special schooling to be able to do it.

What about renting homes?

What about day - night differences?

Some crimes better at night. Less accuracy at night. More chances to get caught during the day. etc
