Well if i get more than 3 members and get attack bt 2 or more gang i will fight out of it i dont care if i lose as long as i fight back i still have honor. I dont plan to get 3 members until i get stat heavy
and Btw i sent them 80.000 and are buying credits and sending it to them.

or hire somebody to change thier mind about repaying you the money, but yes as far as giving money out i would have to trust somebody before i give them access to gang funds or even loan money out
