So let me get this straight - can I win lvl 15 (i.e.) and get $15k or do i have to win lvl 14,15,16,and 17 to see any cash (32,5k) ???

it'll be, you get money from winning the leveled comp, but you'll get bonus for winning the several leveled comp

thats exactly right you win the level & can then win more cash for beating levels in a certain range
