Deadmanwalking is very weak
Levelers always are weak. But they grow faster than most people.
Nothing wrong with leveling.
More EP for the gym
More AP for crimes
More HP in combat
More Humanity for Borgs, for quicker Happiness refresh and for quicker HP refresh(correct me if im wrong on this 1)
Gives shit xp for anybody who is stronger(stats) attacking you.
Gives you good XP for beating people weaker or same level(stats) as you.
Get your skills and equipment right and you can even beat people that are stronger than you.
The problem is that levelling takes effort. I like being lazy annd not having to look for targets
