A AL private poker tournament could be managed through a second site, just like the sport pools are.

Unless the video poker machines are available in both the hospital and the jail, anything with mulitple "turns" will be unfeasible. Imagine you spin, get three aces, and go to spin again...

"How can you do that, you're in the hospital for 45 minutes!" or "How can you do that, you're in jail for 10 minutes!"

If someone attacks you mid game, you'd get pretty pissed off if you lost your game/bet.

So it either needs to be some version that ends in one spin, something that's accessible in the hospital, jail and normal, or something completely removed from the regular mechanics of the game.

I'm all for the idea, and I think a video poker could be made that either is accessible in all three areas (normal, jail and hospital), or something that retains your state until you come back. Just pointing out some of the issues that may come up.

Obviously i would like to have multiplayer rooms and Texas Hold'em rules.

But that has been suggested many times over and is not going to happen.

That is why i have suggested this simplified version.

Zen, what are the chances of some version of video poker being aded to AL?

F U all and your poker. Why complicate things? Blackjack, simple. A dealer, closest to 21 wins. OR, if you can manage to get 5 cards under 21 you win. Simples.
