I think it would be better that it be between the Ionized and Ono. I won't ( and I bet others won't ) have 17 end. for a loooong time.

Hell, make it a Halberd. It's a long axe that's doubles as a pole-arm, pretty much. Good for destroying faces and destroying bases.
