October Contest - From October 1st to 7th we will be having a referral ladder contest to see who can bring in the most (active) referrals. Player at the end of contest with the highest score will win a rare item. In case of a tie, the prize will be split. The current leaderboard can be found in the pantheon.


Didn't we just have one of those contests? And didn't we horribly fail at meeting the old standard?

most referrals dont hang around long screw a referral contest...i wont win :wink:

Activity meaning if you just get a ton of referrals that never play it will not be as good as getting 1 active player.

You don't have to participate if you don't want. I wanted to try and boost our referrals while kicking something extra back to the players who get the most.

I'm sure everyone would love to participate in a contest, but you had a contest like this one that lasted a whole month in March, and we didn't reach that number you wanted us to reach.

good idea. need to get new blood to join and replace the old blood.

how about an added bonus of the top 20 referrals getting a REP training day.

if you want people to really bust it and get referrals, ya gotta make it worth everyone's while. giving 1 single prize isnt a lot of motivation IMO.

To avoid shenanigans however, referrals only count if they pass certain standards. To ensure fair play, referrals cannot share common information we use to detect multi accounts with the referring player.
