Yes, I have been taking too much BS for the day.


I have seen some Role Playing games that has this simular style of play implemented. Works out rather well. May not be the best way, it's one way to slow down people from power leveling.

However, this criteria does not have to be an stats requirement. It would be like an event. Like, be able to do a certain crime X amount of time.

I think it would be neat if it were somehow tied in to experience acquired.
