You would be surprised, both Saturday and Sunday combined usually have less traffic than our slowest weekday.

I think its because on the weekends people are going to have more spare time so they will be able to do things like go out, on weekdays they wont be able to go out partying or eating cheese or whatever they do on weekends because they have work/school in the morning. I go on after school on weekdays but on weekends i just dont have the spare time.

next time could you have things like heats? Group A,B,C... or 1,2,3...

or have gangs paired up and only 1 goes through to the next round
