House prices fluctuate all the time, so if i change them they could go down tomorrow or go even higher.

For those wanting to see the careers where you get instant benefits from LVL 1 I will edit this post these next few minutes with what we get. It may only be politician right now but I guess I will see. LOL Sorry I can't split the columns. Maybe a mod can edit and split them.
