does the openoffice thing open files from other spreadsheet programs? like excel and Quattro pro for example?


2nd edit : oh nvm... question answered... it writes excel but not quattro pro... which is probably fine

ok I finished up making the spreadsheet... I saved it in pocket excel format (.pxl)

most Microsoft Excel versions should support it. I'll have to find a place to save it to share it... I'll take suggestions I don't share stuff often other than pictures...

Generally, to get the most compatible format it's best to save as a CSV file. I use OpenOffice.Org exclusively since I have no need for the group share functions of MS Office... plus I find OpenOffice.Org's spreadsheet has more functions available that I have use for.

Then again, I don't use windows.

lol i was like "huh, it looks just like mine lol, until I saw what you said in edit , yeah I noticed the whole no more than 1 space which is why i put - in sometimes like if i wanted 3 spaces i just did space - space. Actually mine looked better because the str dex etc headers are more directly above
