I would like the option to sue my attacker.. I mean we know who did the attack, but seriously I should be able to sue him/her BTW, how cool would it be to NOT to show who attacked you! Would add a mystery to the game...

I dunno, personally I think the defender currently gets too little information, not too much. give the defender the battle log as well.
