Let's convince every gang in the game to declare on 3 random gangs at the same time and let's see if we can hit the 100 players in the hospital.

i know at one point most of Muppets and most of Glacier was in the hospital at the same time....lol (inflicted on each other mind you)

Most in hospital at one time is 52 thanks to Beelzebub and Casanova. That was a loooooooooooong time ago.

That means we now need to reach 53!
