I have been mugged for quite a lot. You have two choices the dumb road and hold a grudge, or the sesable one and get over it, take your loss and move on.
I have done both and suggest you take your lump and get over it.
Don't drop it. F that. Money's money, take wht you can get. I say everyday they don't pay you add 10k to what they have to pay, in the mean time they're hosped until they can cough it up.
