On the other side, the higher your level the more minutes you get when caught.

yes but we probably have an incredibly low chance of finding an egg doing small crimes.
in the past all contests were weighted and truly more fair to lower/mid levels than high ones

thats very correct
so far i've only found eggs doing the 1 AP crime. although i must admit i did like 8 ponzi schemes and 75 con games, for which i found 2 eggs. blech!!
I got me a pure purple egg, now. =D That makes 4! Wooo.
I found all 3 of mine in the surveillance section of the crimes... the 1st was a 1ap and the other 2 were in the 24ap crime
I just got 2 more stealing clunkers! thats 4 for me!
