you should also be able to buy drugs / steroids which give you a temporary boost but could put you in hospital.

also mabe some drugs crimes to
like sell meth in the night club but if coght you could either do jail(if cops catch you) or hospital(the bouncer of the club beats you to a bloody pulp)
and mabe ilegal fights(with some new npc where the power lvl dosn't really counts winning being random) with big ass payouts but risk of mabe 100+(if you lose) hosp time or jail(if cops snoop around)
