So I love the stat gains you can get from it but I think I am just going to go for the first promotion and see how it goes...still if Zen could answer my and several others questions...where does reputation and work experience build into the jobs now...because I see nothing requiring either one from the carreer page..

work exp was answered, it's the max your career lvl can be. So if you have 2 work exp, then the best you could promote to is 2 in any job, etc.
I'd still like to know about Reputation though.

Gym Personal Trainers show up in the gym under the stat you want to train. For a nominal fee you get a slight bonus. Your level and rep dictate which ones show up. The more they cost, the better the benefit in training.
