I think the real issue is not the "poor" modding, but the lack of respect for the mods or any sort of forum rule. I know on other forums, if I post ANYTHING that gets modded, I become upset regardless of content.
You'd assume being lenient would work, but apparently apparently not.
So who's the one good mod? There are several mods that players don't even know about.... they are either non-players or someone you know who won't even mention it. Let the conspiracies begin.

Here is a recent thread where he posts about thread reports, how can he see this if he is not a mod?
Mods should be like baseball umpires, do their job and if someone bust their balls, they shouldn't respond, if a guy gets completely out of line, than ban him. But posting responses, just fuels the fire and is completely ineffective. That's why mods get crap.
