If you look at the POI there are only about 8 players who, currently, definitely have the stats, there are two who could well be there and one who is a maybe but not likely...
Very few have Acc, Str and End as it stands....
That's not to say others won't be there by the time these things become available.

there are 8 other shotguns with widely ranging requirements
I'm #34 in endurance & I have well above 27 so there are many with the endurance.
I'm #24 in acc & have over 75
I'm #27 in str & have almost 56
there are more than 10

Its ok G2. MrJones is not a poor person. And i dont think he means that everyone should be able to equip it. In fact, he is pointing out that it is an elite weapon that is...er...not for poor people!!

As Mace says - I'm not complaining just pointing out how many of the elite can use it (as at today)... Have no probs with that and totally agree there is a choice for all...
EDIT: PS My maths reckons you are in the definites list
One thing you missed, No district given for the weapon. I have a feeling it could be a level 70 district, maybe wrong, but it would be in keeping with the rest of the weapon upgrades.
If thats the case, we have a couple more months to wait lol
Zen did said she won't be making the new district with a level requirement.
So, I doubt there will be a level 70 district.
Maybe she will make a district requirement base on Skill? Like, must have a level 10 combat skill to enter.
