Back on topic, interesting idea, from a gameplay standpoint it'd make picking cybers a little deeper, and have a more interesting layer to the choice to borg up.

From a source standpoint it makes sense as well, in Shadowrun for example, there's bookoos of gear that can't be used without some implant-tech prerequisites

INtegrated solar chargers cyberware that would let you recharge your belt overtime by itself, the higher the cyberware rank, the faster the recharge.
