for a personal insult to injury, someone who gave me 500 XP just two weeks ago now gives me 300 if i'm lucky. how did that happen??

i dont believe i even got level ups in my skills since then. i got maybe 2-3 levels in dex, 1-2 levels in strength, and 1 level in res. and that dropped xp by 200 each fight. seriously?
