that 219 for $30 is on the high end... the gains can fluctuate as much as 3% in either direction (6% swing) which is quite a lot. with the $60 trainer i've seen as much as a 26% increase and as low as 22%.

No 219 is the average with 30$ dollar trainer. 223 is the highest

Professional ($30) 12-15%
Exp. Pro ($40) 14.5-17%
Advanced Pro ($45) 17-19%
Expert ($50) 20-23%

same bracket but seems on the higher end.
