do you use a trainer 90%+ of the times you train?

Used to but it kept burning my money so i stopped.

Started using one full time a month ago. The gains are alright for the money.

I don't currently, but once i'm done my next rank of politician i plan on upping my rep and using one.

Nope.. I only use one on Gym day.. Way to expensive.. =-)

I only do on gym days, and that's because I only have level 2 trainer.

I see a 20 plus point gain using trainer so I use it 50 percent of the time
