i'm pretty sure it specifcally stated energy refreshes, but it didn't mention happiness. happiness dont give you more frequent trains just better quality trains, right? i assume it doesn't count

I asked the same question Marlo still diddnt get a real answer.It dont say anything about happiness,but I am just gonna wait for the word from ZEN.

Fixed the Elf.

Spending credits on energy refreshes is the only way that bumps you to the refresher group. Happiness refreshes aren't looked at. Only energy refreshes.
