My point: Mudpies did crimes, surely, as Carl did. Mudpies was as controllable as Carl is, but not too many chose to step up and do much.

He did slow down for a time, however, before his being banned.

Andy--Not the incident I was referring too but I'm not gonna bring that up. not yet anyway.

Mudpies was in touch with Zenith about how he was playing the game. He was randomly targeting players and even sending stims here and there for some that sent him nice mails. He was role-playing. He cleared this with Zen well over a week for his ban. She said she had no problem with what he was doing.

He was on no probation and he was given no warning.

Why does admin say ok to the player doing it and then turn around and ban them? At the point he contacted her, she should have stated thats not what we (admin) want you doing. This was not stated.

As for the 3 on probation that got jailed, I have never said a word. The contract was vague at best and hard to live up too. They were not AL models and got jailed. Im long over that.

And as far as Playajam (philswin) goes, admin wont even give him a straight answer. He was on no type of probation and he kept his nose clean.

There are other players in the community as you say who are kept in check. Didnt mudpies get his share of attacks back? Isnt that keeping him in check?

Ive posted somewhere on the forum before that I believe mud and playa are guilty by assosciation, they could have distanced themselves from what has been happening but they chose to worsen their playing style instead

To answer your question Christain, Admin has ignored all communication from mud. No responses. So it looks like perma-ban.
