I think acc, is the most important.

Here is a break down for RANGE Weapon.

Accuracy for Damage and % of hitting your opponent
Dexterity for evade and hit rate
Resistance for resisting damages of course
Strength allows you to carry heavier high level equipment, such as the EM-3 Belt and B4C armor.

I believe the easier it is to carry your weapon the better your weapon will perform. but there may be more involved
