Not a huge surprise that the lottery quietly disappeared and I don't blame NS for being upset.

Some solid record keeping and proactive refunds definitely could have avoided this.

Heh. I spent $10,000 and got $25,000 back. I was 1 number off from spending only $5,000 and getting back a good $900,000. XD! I was pretty happy with winning, though.
