Final rules clarifications:

-no gang may declare after 6 server for the first comp and 9 server for the second
-any gang that hits before 6 and 9 server will be disqualified
-no online attacking pvp style / your gang will be disqualified
-no paid hits allowed
-first gang to destroy our hideout wins the cash and tag
-if by some miracle no gang wins the prize will go to the gang that deals us the most damage

you have to make the final hit when their defense is below 0; i guess they were the first who did it
i ended the war for my gang, BUT i wasnt the first who gave a final hit
