Zen can read mails, without logging in, and without marking them as read. Its very easy to set it up that way and thats what she does. Its been stated many times.

Oh, I'm aware of both of these facts. In fact, I'm so aware of it that she just replied to one of my mails and she's been offline for over 4 hours according to the game.

Actually, its pretty sad that she doesnt take the time to respond to someones mails. Regardless of the nature of them. You would think she could take an hour to respond to a hundred mails. I guess ALs members arent that important.
