I was under the impression that multi was starting an account to cheat the game out of credits. What I am talking about is if you wanted to start over your account would not become locked just your character. Something is being worked on. Evidence being the glitch Giant experienced with his level reset. Any thoughts.

No actually being a multi is having more than one account whether the 1st one is still active or not. I also remember that the ONLY way u could gain permission from admin to possibly start a 2nd new account was ONLY if u didnt owe anyone anything on your old account.
