I don't think gang members should be able to win the individual prize. If his/her gang wins, he/she will be doubling up. IMO they should be separated one prize for gangs, one prize for non gang members

disagree there. It is still possible for the best shooter to not be part of the gang that wins.

probably not, it doesnt seem like any crimes are limited by the weapons that you use, so i dont see why this would be.


guns are probably provided at the shootout. you wouldnt want to use a t250 or an ak98 at a pistol shoot out would you? unfair you hit all the targets!
