I am thinking this is the same fest...different weekend than normal, call it a party, and call it free for the music and they get around the hassle of promoting a "festival".

I spoke with the owner of the cove. The reason he stopped it was not getting paid by the vendors. Hes siad "this is a trial" and yes it is free to avoid the permits
