I think he missed the word slot and is reffering to the amount of members. SV does have a 20 slot gang...,.

Big gangs rarely attack each other due to the length of time of the wars. Why would a super gang fight another super gang for 1-3 hours, when you can hit 6+ gangs and get WAY more points.

I do beliive most gangs TRY not to declare on the same targets more then 2 times a day. Sometimes some of us don't pay attention and declare on the same gang 4-5 times in one day.


All in all it is more efficient to hit smaller gangs.
