cause it's sure as hell it's a lot faster to get from rank 0 to rank 2 than from rank 7 to rank 8

no the 50% skill switch would pertain to going from one skill that you use to a skill you dont, if you want to add the 2 skill from shotgun to the axe then maybe Zen would let you add the hours to your axe but thats up to her.


im strictly talking for people that trained a skill in which they dont like and want to use a different skill in which would suit them better.

Another thing is that for it to make sense, it should go into a related field (ie Pistol to Shotgun, Axe to Long-Bladed Melee, etc, NOT Armor Handling to SMG)

of course. tho im not against switching from melee to ranged, tho most people dont have matching stats to do that.
