its a hosp war with any 20-man gang that wants to participate. the last gang to quit.....wins it all. or...is a hosp war too violent? make it an online "leave" war?
gangs may try to team up to take down the biggest ones first or maybe the weakest first.

any ideas / tweeks to make it better? maybe it occurs in rounds for 6 hour periods?

First, Canosoup, you can't sign up by yourself. You need your gang to sign up.
