I'm glad to say that most everyone adhered to the "combat related busts don't count" rules for jail busts, and thus the top three in the final standings weren't affected.

I listed both crime-related (the final standings) and underneath the busts related to combat sentences.

There actually weren't many stalemates during the contest (only 14). Several stalemated players were not busted at all. All busts related to these stalemates are in the bottom list. So if someone was in jail for a stalemate, and you got caught by the cops trying to bust them out, the person who busted you out does not get credit. While this did make a difference in some of the standings, it did not alter who won.

Yes it was him. Zen did not send him the money and she told me there was a lot of money missed out there. So keep looking everyone.
