What if people designed banners for different regions?

A decateur banner, an industrial banner etc.

Sounds good weathers but wouldn't that slow game play down. Giving us a bit of lag ?.

I was thinkng for advertising purposes opposed to in game. Something to pique the interest a little of potential players.

I dunno, I'm no advertising guru. haha
