someone was able to hosp me for 240 minutes. Without upgrading any stats, or changing armour or weapons(and they were at full health when i attacked them) I was able to beat them just with this bonus. There was about 5 levels difference between us, for whatever that's worth (they were 5 levels higher, obviously).

I think we don't want to advertise the details b/c GCR is totally irrelevent and everyone should just work on their gang's refresh rate.

In other words, GCR is the most important thing and don't work on the refresh rate. :wink:
GCR has some great posative effects, but Hardening is much more important.
Never really noticed a difference with GCB's. It's all coming down to skill level now.
