i don't know if anyone said this and i do not have time to read all the topic, but try to increase your work experience. you will still get 2 points, but probably the points gained per day could slightly increase

Yep, it's been said many times. Your total points average will increase, not the hourly.

i just worked 7 hours and got 16 points. rank 3
