Don't think this is about highest power level. Rather think it's about who can create the biggest crap storms against other gangs in wars, and who's the most persistent in pvp wars. And I can think of quite a number of people there.

care to name them so we can all know who to fear i think bigrod is one of them the guy is very scary when you can put an entire gang in the hospital that says alot :wink:

all that says is you can buy a lot of credit refreshes. he has not mastered the art of using words as a weapon.
