As far as which event, you can participate in both provided you didnt win the first one. You have a 10 minute window to declare before the event time. Exactly at 6 and 9 server time tonight the wars begin. I am assuming since no one put down what time they want in on...they are joining in the fun twice. If for some reason no one wins, a prize will be given to the gang that does the most damage.
