Im sorry for bothering you, but I cannot access your game. I can log into forum's but when I go into home and try to log in (using the same username/password combination) I cannot. I have to tried get a new password twice, and without success. With both I could get into the forums, but not get to play, and now I am hoping that you can sort this out. Please hurry because im bored without this game!!!!!

That's strange. I had the same problem with internet explorer and had to get firefox to log in. I thought someone I lived with somehow blocked me from logging in or something. They're not too cool with this game and how much I'm on :x
