I am not on board with the pvp add ins to war, there can be abuse of this in a really bad way.

I would LOVE to see the crime page updated, or revamped.

If stupidity bothers you, click here for a solution.

buuddha Wrote:make the weapons more like diablo and wow in the sense that certain weapons add positives or negatives to random things. like the 350shotty would be +3 to str but -.5 to humanity or somehting like that.

i also think that each individual gang should be able to produce weapons or armor. it takes a certain number of gang points, AP, and money that the gang would have to work towards together to reach the ability to start production. then, based on randomness, total INT of the gang, and the stats of the gang, the gangs would produce shitty new items or amazing new items. then individual players would have an option of buying these new weapons/armours that are produced. of course i dont think it would work to well if gangs could produce somehting every day, something like once every two weeks or something. bash it, post links of the same idea but two months ago, or agree with it i dont really care. but it is an idea i have been really thinkn about for a while.

Not sure how this would really help though even though all ideas are good to throw out there. I personally would just equip the 350, attack you, unequip it and let my humanity be at the normal mark again. Equip again when I get enough EPs, attack another player, unequip again and refresh EPs normally again. Rinse and repeat. HEHE

The ability for someone to fly through this game in a few months just by donating hundreds upon hundreds of dollars is a bit excessive, IMO. Or, on the flip, give extra benefits to people who've been in the game a certain length of time.

Cut what? Get less credits? At higher levels those credits get you less and less bonuses. And some people have to make this game live, it ain't free to make a site like this run...
Let's be honest here, cut those credits by half or worst and there won't be much donations left and Zenith will make less money, making it harder to keep it up, less promotions, less new players and etc.
On the other hand, people who can't donate or barely, can make an interesting amount of credits with referrals. Try getting some or maybe ask to get more for those but trying to make the donators equal to the non donator has already been talked about in the past and is not the way to go. All big donators here play between 8 and 20 hours a day. There's only a very few non donators that have that level of activity and they're doing fine so far. I'm not saying you're that kind of person Civil but in the past, most of the players that complained about how they couldn't keep up with donators were playing 1-2 hours a day and sometimes not even every day, it's normal they fall back quickly.

And you do realize that donators and no donators would get those benefits for long period of playing, can't see an advantage for either side here.

Yeah, cut credits received. Plus, who said it was free to make this thing run? I totally understand that this a money making venture and takes money and time to run, brah. Anybody with a half of brain knows this. More power to Zen for doing this, and much appreciation to her for doing it. I realize the whole thing is a catch 22, she needs the money and the best way to make money is to offer very lucrative benefits... so, thats just the way its going to be and i can respect that. And, It might not be as beneficial at higher levels, but you can make crazy gains at first by throwing a bunch of money into the game. Look, the thread was titled what would you change, and i mentioned what i would change. If you don't agree, more power to you. Actually, it doesn't surprise me that you and i would disagree on this, seeing how we don't see i to i on a few things, lol. Agree to disagree....

I have to agree with Thor in his post. I use to be a non-donator. Even tho I had credits I never really used them for donator status. To cruise through the first 10 levels of this game it is quite easy being a non-donator, just difficult to make money for armor, etc.

Now that I am level 17, I find it very difficult to work the stats. They take longer and longer. I finally gave in and now have donator status. Mind you, I play 14-16 hours per day, since I can play from work and home. Without donator status, you would level very quick while your stats would not.

It is how much you like the game and if you want to or can afford to donate. If you only play 1-2 hours a day, then you won't have the need to donate. If you play as much as I do, you may find the need. I know that my donations are helping to keep this game alive.

Know what i love about this, I've just recently noticed too.. There are absolutely no advertisements in the game at all!! It's very VERY rare that I see a game like this that doesn't have tons of filth cluttered around the page to nag me day in, day out. It does give cash to put these up, that's why I'd like to thank Zen for keeping it ad free, it really makes AL look nice. Biggrin

I love it...we have people here that are asking for PvP back into gang wars but yet when someone uses it the complain....Hmmm..interesting!

More organised crimes for the bigger gangs, a revamped school system, and some weapons that dont require you to be a donator to acquire.

the new weapons are almost impossible to reach without donations and a lot of them. That will discourage the non-donator players from staying for too long and that in turn will limit the amount of people and of course the future growth of the game.

I was thinking the same about the ARES pistols. I'm 37 on the list for endurance and it is going to cost me 37,100 credits to get to level 20. That's over 300 dollars in donations
