Personally, the rules sound pretty straight forward to me as well... Only ppl in jail for a crime on the crime list or an organized crime would count.

However, since there is so much controversy, why not just split this contest in two (one for crime list crimes and oc crimes, and the other for the same along with failed bust), so no one feels like they've been cheated.

i bet that if Zen would have asked this 2 days before the contest 99.9% would have understood corectly..

Because that is not how the rules were stated.

While the rules and context of the contests were announced late, and probably could have been more widely understood if they were announced a couple days earlier, the rules, imo, are very easy to understand...

I am not gonna lie, it was tough organizing YOUR WHOLE GANG to participate in a gang war contest on 2 hours notice...but, it made it all the more interseting...Did any declaree on the declare page?
