To clarify, I never said the actions were illegal with current game rules. I said that they only violate game rules if I'm in violation of game rules, but that there is more strength with my argument than Ush's that constitute his actions to be in a "grey area."

Calling out someone as wrong without knowledge of the topic is a sign of weakness, perhaps to go as far as, say fear. Even with knowledge of the topic, I will not go that far, as only one person (and Err) can determine that.

There is no "my side" of this story. This is not circumstantial evididence.
