Zen said that the gang points obtained are based on gang members' activity and the number of active members, but nothing about the succes of the OC..if i remember corectly

My understanding since signing up is that it is not that so much as experimentation and trial and error.

Just like figuring out the benefits of endurance/housing/career abilities/etc... Start a spreadsheet, add in all the possible variables you can think of and see what works and what doesn't.. Don't forget the random 'luck' factor will throw off your data unless you isolate it...

And remember, 30 samples is generally considered a minimum sample size for a normal process.
